FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I order an item?
Because the majority of our items are made to order, we do not use the shopping cart "buy it now" method most websites feature. If you would like to custom order an item, you need only email us with your request. A few items (such as feather pens) that are listed as available are ordered via email as well.


Can you make me an item that is not on your website?
Very often, yes- Andrea does have a range of skills in a lot of different fields, and is usually willing to take on new projects. Please email us with what it is you have in mind, and we will get back to you. If it's not something we can make, we may know of someone who can make it for you.


How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on what item/s you are purchasing, and your location. If you'd like a quote, let us know your zip code (and country if applicable), and which item/s you would like. We generally ship First Class or Priority Class mail within the US, and most items arrive within 3-5 days or so. We combine shipping on all orders when possible.


Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We have shipped packages across the globe- the UK, Australia, Scotland, Germany, New Zealand, Canada, all over the US..  We just need an address to send it to!

  
How do I pay for my order?
We are able to accept Credit & Debit card payments through Paypal.com, and we also accept Money Orders and International Money Orders drawn in US funds. Money Orders are usually available through banks and some grocery stores.
